Redline Reviews
Sofyan Bey, host of Redline Reviews, got an early look at the 2025 Kia K4 at the event and shared his thoughts in his first look. He notes that it is an attractive-looking car with full LED headlights resembling the EV9 and amber-illuminated daytime running lights and turn signals.
“It has the latest interpretation of the Kia design language here with their tiger nose grille,” said Bey. “The front fascia just looks a lot more aggressive. I think that Kia has done a really good job.”
Bey goes on to discuss the car’s powertrain, noting that it will be available with either a two-liter four-cylinder engine or a 1.6-liter turbo engine. He also mentions that these stats are very similar to those of the current Kia Forte sedan but predicts that it will probably be more fuel efficient and offer cleaner burning. He continues his review inside the cabin, highlighting its quality and style.
“When you step inside the interior, this is where again Kia is really pulling out all the stops to really deliver an interior that feels a lot more upscale and premium than typical vehicles in the class,” said Bey. “This feels like a huge step above the Forte.”
He emphasizes the car’s elegant dashboard, roomy interior for passengers, and cutting-edge technology.
“If you guys are looking for something stylish, more premium with bigger backseat space and all the latest tech features, this model should be hitting your local Kia dealership sometime in the third quarter of 2024,” said Bey.

Raiti’s Rides
Joe Rait, host of Raiti’s Rides, also got a first look at the Kia K4 at the auto show and shared some of his takeaways. He noted that this new name brings new proportions, dimensions, and shape.
“Even though this is a compact sedan, it is getting a little bit wider, a little bit longer, which is going to give you more interior space and also a better driving experience going down the road,” said Raiti.
He noted that the new signature LED headlights resembled the latest looks of the K5 refresh. Raiti also got a chance to sit inside the sedan and feel the materials, noting its clean and simple design.
“You’re going to have about 30 inches of screen, so you have your 12.3 for your infotainment system, and then the rest of the 30 inches is in the digital gauge cluster,” stated Raiti.
He mentioned that he has plenty of headroom and shoulder room in the front seat and stated the same for the back row.
“Even though this is a compact sedan, you gotta throw out the compact whole word. There’s nothing compact back here,” said Raiti.
