Curtis Walker Park

This 15-acre park is a great location for athletes and children alike. Curtis Walker Park is home to both baseball and football fields, making it a great place for you to gather with friends and throw a ball around.

If you want to make a day of it, pack a lunch and enjoy the park’s picnic shelter. It features five picnic tables and a grill to make cooking outdoors easier. The park also has two benches for you to relax and a playground for kids to enjoy. Curtis Walker Park is located at 1700 Museum Road in Conway.

Beaverfork Lake Park

Beaverfork Lake Park sits on 25 acres and is located in North Conway. It’s home to a swimming beach, making it easier for you and your family to enjoy activities out on the water like boating and fishing. The park features various boat launch ramps and slip rentals as an added convenience. Enjoy the park’s picnic tables and grills and make an outdoor feast. Laurel Park

If you’re looking for a large park with plenty of grassy areas, check out Laurel Park. This park features play equipment for kids to enjoy, along with lighted tennis courts for you to channel your inner Serena Williams. If you plan on bringing your family, stop by the picnic tables and enjoy an outdoor lunch. If you visit during the warmer months, pack your kids’ bathing suits and visit the splash pads for some water-filled fun. Laurel Park is located at 2310 Robinson Ave.

Gatlin Park

Gatlin Park is a great location for a laid-back afternoon or picnic. Its neighborhood location makes it a perfect spot for families to unwind. The 13-acre park features paved walking trails for you to get some steps in as well as recreational ball fields. It’s home to lighted tennis courts and a lighted basketball court for you to practice your ball game. You can also take advantage of the park benches and picnic tables. Children can enjoy the park’s playground and all the green space to run around. Gatlin Park is located at 2325 Tyler St.

Cadron Settlement Park

If you want a large park, look no further than the historical Cadron Settlement Park. This 150-acre public park features various amenities like Cherokee Trail of Tears exhibits and plenty of hiking trails for you to explore. You can also enjoy the picnic areas or use the park’s boat launching ramp.  Find it at 6200 Highway 318 West.
