A Hybrid Minivan?

The 2025 Kia Carnival has two reliable powertrains to choose from. If you like traditional driving, go for the V6 engine with the best-in-class 287 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. But if you prefer an electrified ride, the Kia Carnival also offers a turbocharged hybrid powertrain. This delivers a best-in-class 271 pound-feet of torque. During the 2025 Carnival's reveal, Wager talked about how hybrids are part of Kia's Plan S Strategy. He also said this will help lead the industry toward a more innovative, electrified future.
