The 2025 Kia K5 is coming to Crain Kia of Conway in the Spring of 2024! This refreshed sedan is changing the game with updated styling, enhanced powertrain, and superb tech features. This new vehicle was revealed at the Chicago Auto Show, and a few car lovers got a sneak peek of what it will offer. Keep reading to see what they think about this updated Kia K5! Raiti's Rides Joe Raiti, on his YouTube Channel Raiti's Rides, got a first look at the 2025 Kia K5 during the Chicago Auto Show. He briefly reviewed this vehicle's updated features, new tech, and overall feel. He noted the distinct exterior body lines, trimming form "U" shapes in the front and back. Raiti also highlighted the updated tiger nose grille, fog lights, and tires. "Look at the way they did that lighting," said Raiti. "I like how they kind of smoke the lenses a little bit, a little dark tinge." He then took the camera to the vehicle's interior, complimenting the feel, styling, and tech. Raiti notes that the 12.3 dual screens are new to the K5, which covers the infotainment and dash. Below the middle screen are the vehicle's temperature controls, including dual climate air conditioning, seat heating, and ventilation controls. He then spoke about the seat's feel and appearance. "New for 2025 is that neon yellow highlighter stitching," said Raiti. "Seats- love the material. The stitching is consistent even in the center here." Once behind the wheel, Raiti showed off the K5's power seat controls and stated it has two memory seat settings. "The seats do a great job in comfort but also in support," said Raiti. "Even with the panoramic roof, I'm not even close to the headliner." Though he has yet to drive it, Raiti plans to take the Refreshed Kia K5 for a test drive very soon. Redline Reviews Sofyan Bey, on his YouTube channel Redline Reviews, also got a first look at the 2025 Kia K5 at the Chicago Auto Show. He provided a quick rundown of the K5's powertrain options, noting that this model offers more power than the 2024 version, with the standard 2.5-liter engine outputting 191 horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. "This makes it one of the quickest family sedans you can buy and really gives it an edge over the competition," states Bey. Bey continued by closing the hood and talking about the car's exterior. He said the front end was updated with a new LED light signature. "Compared to the new Sonata, which also got a refresh in 2024, I personally think the K5 is the better-looking car," said Bey. Bey concluded by noting some of his favorite features in the 2025 K5. "It's clear that Kia has made some pretty key upgrades here," said Bey. "I like some of the upgrades that Kia has made to the interior, especially with the software- it finally gets wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto."
